Hog and Brisket started when two employees at a wholesale butchers called Henry and Archie decided they wanted to combine their skill in butchery and their passion for barbecue by setting up an online shop. Hog and Brisket aims to be the first choice butchers for any barbecue enthusiast by offering bespoke butchery, quality assurance, and sustainably sourced meat.
How are we different from other online butchers?
We are the only butchers offering you a bespoke butchery service specific to your wants and needs. We can tailor any cut to however you desire, as we understand that it can be frustrating only being able to choose from products in a catalogue. In addition to bespoke butchery we also offer a dry-aging upon request service where we can dry age any meat for any length of time you wish.
